This website is operated by Natalie Santilli Artistry, offering professional makeup services for fashion, photoshoots, events, and special occasions in Melbourne and Sydney.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or the online booking form.
A deposit may be required to secure appointments. Deposits are non-refundable.
Full payment is due prior to or on the day of the service unless otherwise agreed.
Payments can be made via direct transfer or other methods agreed upon in advance.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.
No-shows will result in full service charges.
Refunds are not available for services rendered.

4. Travel Fees

Services provided outside of Strathmore , Melbourne, may incur additional travel fees, which will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Service Guarantee

Every effort is made to ensure clients are satisfied with the makeup services.
All makeup applications are final once completed; any changes must be requested before leaving the appointment.

6. Photography & Media Consent

With your consent, photographs of makeup applications may be used for promotional purposes on the website, social media, and marketing material.
If you do not consent, please notify us in writing before your appointment.

7. Liability

All products used are professional-grade and hypoallergenic; however, it is the client’s responsibility to inform of any allergies or sensitivities before the session.
Natalie Santilli Artistry will not be liable for any allergic reactions or adverse outcomes following services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, are the property of Natalie Santilli Artistry and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
